Same here. Don't know why anyone would want to randomly add me o_O
 
for myself.. twitter is by far the best social media tool I have... the retweet sytem helps me get info about pics for sale to people who would be interested in the subject and I couldn't otherwise get to... The more people who add me the better.. don't care who they are :)

Not sure what they think is in it for them, but hey-ho.....

I've noticed that too. I'm not a heavy Twitter user as such (hardly tweet or reply in there, I'm much more as a facebook user) and it didn't take long for my account to become all chaotic with followers I have never heard of - but at the same time too lately to take them off.
As a result, what little stuff I do put on in there makes me feel like I'm shouting to myself in a crowded room full of total strangers. Also I just find the 140 characters "tweet" far too restrictive for my liking.

....:agree: Far too much work to try to express myself in only 140 characters.

The only person following me is Suzi Perry! Yes, she is the real one.

I don't enjoy Twitter so I don't use it. I enjoy Facebook though.
 
I use Twitter to keep up with my birding mates and to get fast news on any rare bird sightings, they
are usually on Twitter within minutes of being sighted, if anyone adds me and they are not a birder in
Cornwall they get ignored.
 
lol I follow them back but as soon as I see them post random chit I put them mute so I don't see there post any more
 
Yeh all the time, but I only follow people I know, or want to follow, so if ransoms follow me that fine, that said I need to spend a little time and sort out recent follows to follow those I actually know from some recent adds...I like Twitter but do spend more time on Facebook than I do on Twitter, surpised me the other day when I realised just how many TPer I actually had on there :eek:
