still waiting for my olympus summer promotion pay out which was according to them due last Friday , they haven't even got the decency to reply to e/mails , getting annoyed Grrrrrrrrrr
 
took about 6 or 7 weeks to get mine but they paid out
 
My daughter got hers after about three weeks, maybe its been more popular than they expected
 
Took 35 days before I got mine back from Panasonic. Reckon they were doing so to counter people returning gear under a 30 day window and still getting the cash back

Been paid out now , the lack of communication from Olympus was not a good way to do business in my view

Panasonic say you can't apply for it till 30 days after the purchase is made to avoid people returning a camera once they have claimed the cashback.
 
I had an email after possibly 3 weeks to say it would be up to 28 days from the date of the email so I think it will be 6 or 7 weeks in total. Given that there was money off the lens at Fotofest Central anyway, the cashback was a real bonus.
 
Mine still has not come... so we are now officially overdue. :( see edit below.

Mine is marked paid ages ago but has not turned up in my a/c!!! Investigations needed.

Edit to clarify. Mine is marked paid on 17th August but has not appeared in my a/c at 2nd September.

I've originally submitted my claim on 31/07/2018.

I've just received an email from Olympus saying my claim has been validated; logging into the tracking system says the money is due by 28/09/2018.

The email also says the following: "IMPORTANT: Payment is made within 30 days from when the claim has been validated and not from the date we received the claim."
 
That’s the date it will be paid Maarten
 
I was checking the wrong account.Duh! It arrived on August 24th so much sooner than they predicted in the email acknowledging the purchase and stating that it would be 4 weeks.
