True, and he should take legal advice before he digs an even deeper hole.
At the moment I'm biding my time, digging around to see what else he may have sold that belongs to me

Everyone on here needs to use the REPORT ITEM button on the eBay item, it's easy to do.

This is the only way eBay will do anything about it. They just ignore the first couple of reports, but if everyone that has replied to the thread on TP does it, we'll all be helping Garry and 100s of others on eBay that keep getting ripped off.
