any ideas

we will soon be leaving the summer season hence leaving all the natrual light behind..has anybody got any good tips on what stands out and is good to shoot in the autum/winter period,using no other light source other than camera and maybe a flash gun.im new to dslr photography and any inspiration would be great

Autumn is just fantastic for colour! Pic a day when the sun sets low and falls on the tree tops. Try to get high over a forest and pick the most colourful spot for your subject.
