Got an image from a test session before a shoot.

as such the lighting was being setup and around one of the faces there is a weird cast.

sods law says the owner wants to buy this one.

I seem unable today to get photoshop to do what I want today and correct this.

If you can help there is a £5 donation to the charity of your choice.

Link to jpeg on flickr. Raw availabe if you want it.

Try opening the image in ACR. Or Lightroom if you have it.

Selected the adjustment brush. and from the colour chooser select a very light green colour. Now gently paint over the colour cast to neutralise it. If you overdo it you can use the sliders to reduce the affect.

Can't grab the image to try it so I'll just have to give you the suggestion.

after messing about in photoshop, changing gamma levels, duplicating the layers by 3, used the masking tool to highlight the affected areas and again changing the gamma levels and adjusting the red, magenta and blue levels (various increasing and decreasing). And finally using the burn tool merged the layers together and this is the outcome.

Im sure a pro can solve this easily. :D

Many thanks to all those who had a go/made suggestions.

Was having a bad day yesterday with troublesome PC and a migraine. Not the best combination when trying to sort a pic that wasn't even originally going to be used.

Oh well the customer is always right.

Donation was made to the favourite charity of Christine.
