I found this in my last batch of images brought in to bridge, its the only shot like it, any thoughts on what might have caused it? When viewed on the sd card its the same, so its not a copy error.

I once recovered some files from a corrupt sd card and some of the rescued images looked just like that.

Data corruption ... could be card (most likely) or camera ... after file recovery or discard try a full format (not quick) of the card in your PC, then format in camera.
 
File corruption on the SD card. May even just be a handful of bytes out of the several million making up the file, but it's ok, you're shooting RAW + JPG right?
 
It was just the one shot in the middle of a burst, I'll do a full format of the card as suggested. I normally just shoot raw to each card until full then if needed auto swap to 2nd card, the sd card is the primary as its a larger capacity than the CF card. Thanks.
