Any Hanimex experts?

Anyone know anything about Hanimex lenses circa 1985-1990? I was digging through all my old film gubbins and came across a f4.5, 75-150 macro. Just wondered if I could find out anything about it.

It says on it:
Hanimex Auto Zoom 75-150mm 1:4.5 Macro [thread dia] 49mm No.753027. with "MC" in green. Lens made in Japan.

Any ideas? I remember using it a couple of times on a Canon AE1 but can't recall how I aquired it.

I can't say I'm an expert, but I wouldn't expect great things of a Hanimex.

My worst? Cheap or otherwise it's a toss up between a Sirius 18-28 or a Hanimex 75-150, for edge sharpness on the likes of these try thinking Lensbaby!

i have a hanimex 135mm f2.8 i was given for free. the aperture is broken so it's a fixed f2.8. it's pretty soft but not unusable, i've tried to sell it for a tenner but it was a no go haha.
