update for you...

Both parties have submitted their forms to Adobe who have sorted it in about 2 hours.
it is no longer showing on Mickledore's account and is now showing on mine. (looks promising)

Payment has been made and the disk has been posted.

Not bad for a days work, lets see if it makes it through the Christmas postage rush and boots up / runs ok!
