Hi Guys - Just looking for a bit of guidance really on an App I'm thinking of doing. My business is plastics and rubber engineering and we manufacture mainly bespoke products. We normally do business via the telephone with a few questions about what the customer is looking for before offering a solution. A lot of what the customer buys he already has on site but doesn't know what it is or where to get it from so we though if we could make this really simple for them with an App it may help.
This is what we would want the App to do:
Customer would register details when installing the App (a one off)
They can then use the App to take a photo of something on site which automatically sends us the emailed photo with their details. We can then phone them within the hour with a solution and product.
Other add on could be a request for a site visit.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
