any advice?

took a picture of a friends car yesterday and wanted to practise using photo shop, any way here is my 1st attempt, any advice on what i should have done and what i shouldnt have will be great

Ok here is the original shot

and as you can see i tried to remove the little girls head bottom left and the car on the right, what should i have done different

i was looking for any advice on the parts that i have removed the car and head, just wanted to know how i can make it better.

but that is a better idea on the crop so you cant see the area i removed them from
