Another what Tripod Question

After and early morning photo session, I realized that my Jessops tripod is just not upto the task. Therefore a upgrade is required.

with a budget of £100, would I be best getting a redsnapper tripod and head or for the same money I could get an ex demo Monfrotto tripod and head (MN055 ProB and MN808RC4 although not sure on what head to get).

Any advice would be great as I know nothing about tripods, except that my current one is not upto my needs.

Thats what I was looking at, and the prices are good, but still abit more expensive than the Redsnapper, are they worth it ?

I've just ordered a Red Snapper one today after raving reviews on here - it certainly looks like a sturdy beast, but I will let you know tomorrow when it arrives!!

Another Redsnapper vote here, it holds my D200/300 with grip,600 F4 and 1.4 TC hanging off a Manfrotto 393 head, very solidly.......
