I bought and had a bad experience, that actually wasn't bad from WEX read on.................
I bought an Olympus camera that was classed as Excellent 9+ and it turned out it was far from it, but the story starts from the ordering, which went horribly wrong and the camera went back to the senders hub making the next day delivery a 3 day delivery, then when it arrived I was exited and promptly opened the box..........pfffftttt
The camera looked so dirty and euch, this was a like new camera they said on the ad, but it was dirty, so first thoughts were, nope send back, but then I thought again as there were not many for sale so I decided to give it a chance, so I put the batteries in and................................zilch, nothing, so swapped the batteries around and Yay it turned on, so I went into the menu and one battery was not showing, so I did all the checks, swapped batteries and came to the conclusion one battery was dead, and the slot 1 on the battery tray was also not working, also the single charger sent was also malfunctioning, so when all was sorted, the camera had 4 faults, so I called and was told to keep one of the batteries on charge for the night, I actually stopped the WEX adviser there and asked him if he really was asking me to place a defective battery in a defective charger for the night, he said yes it will reset, and nothing is sent dirty.........at this point I told him to stop, he was asking me to do something very dangerous, so send a label as I was sending this back.
Now to the good stuff,
The label arrives straight away, the kit went back and arrived within two days, 30 minutes after it was shown online as arrived, I had an email saying my money had been refunded, I did get an email saying it was checked but something in their process broke down, I never got an apology for the wasted time and trust, bearing in mind I have spent 1000s with them in the past, and now shop in other places, WEX are a place I wont be using as my first choice anymore.
