Hey guys & gals, I've more or less finished my website now, and wouldn't mind some opinions on it.

www.hawkins-photography.co.uk

is the site, galleries are hosted by LeeP, using an iFrame.

Any thoughts / problems or anything that I've not seen.

I'm sure there are, I'm most definately not a web designer

Thanks in Advance!

Hi Matt,
Looks good :D Just a couple of things i can see.
Links is a different font to the rest.

When viewing your galleries there is a homepage button (looks like a little back button) in the top right hand corner, if you click on it it shows the togsfriend website within yours. It doesnt go back to your homepage.

Sorted

I only managed the gallery...! MAAATTTT!

A general point about the gallery - I find the fade up and blink white for each photo very distracting :(

Very good Matty and when you sort the fade + blink tonight will be even better.

Hope it generates loads of sales for you.

Hmmm...

Sorted. Strange one that!

Tried to buy a 30x40 (as a test m8!) and got this

More info on usinf Shopping cart, Seller notes goes here...
Note: Shopping cart Help button is optional. It can be swtiched off in the configuration file.

Which has spelling mistakes in it aside from not letting me buy it - I guess you're not there yet on this bit?

Do you actually expect to sell anything from your site?

That's used for Matt to give info on his products / services or anything he can do in PP.

It's been disabled for now.

You can't have pressed the 'Add to Cart' with the product selection or go to checkout to complete the payment :)

I find it a bit... "big"
not really sure what I mean by that, but I don't find it visually appealing.
I do like the simpleness of it though.
The galleries don't fit on my screen properly.
I'm using firefox on XP pro at 1024x768 if that helps at all.

 the height for the frame for the galleries is 750, so by the time you've taken the menu bar etc out, you'll have just a little bit over the top.

Fair comment about the visually appealing, you can't win 'em all

I've tried to keep the layout as simple as possible, I tend to just ignore websites that I can't navigate easily.

Thanks for your comments :)
