Morning all,

added some more updates to my site over the weekend to my liking

As we all know though my liking may not be the same as other peoples

Have a look at and let me know what you think and what I can improve

Hi. Good effort. I think there's a bit of wasted space between your logo and your navigation bar. I'm not fond of the shifting images, though. I can't really see why they are necessary. Perhaps just static pics might work as well? Your galleries don't all work properly. Try using Lightroom, maybe?

which ones don't work? I think the issue if they don't load properly is because the whole page hadn't loaded fully before clicking on a picture for example

The moving images part is part of the theme I have customized, they can be made smaller but I hadn't looked at changing but will look into making them smaller to see how it compares

urgh too much javascript.

the images on 'product' page takes long time to load. reduce the size below 50kb, itll load faster.
 
oops, school boy error, will re-size them tonight when I get home, they are atleast 500kb each :lol:

Have to agree with Dean, that's an awful lot of Javascript!

Perhaps create a seperate site for the commerce stuff (on the same domain, but /shop, for example)?

If you use Firefox, install Firebug and Page speed from Google, which will help you analyse things.

Design wise, I'm not a fan of the sliding navigation, just looks a bit messy to me

Dont be sorry, I asked for opinions on it and thats yours, your fully entitiled to be honest, I cant make things better if I dont get both forms of feedback

Not sure how I go about the /shop but will certainly look into it, hadn't really looked to see how much was running

Sorry for the late reply, been busy of late

Moved all the products to a second install of word press as recommended

Thanks to those that mentioned it, so much happier with it now
