Yes
I picked up a Lubitel 166u last week despite having never used 120 before or having any way of digitising the images. Having successfully shot and developed my first roll I really wanted to scan them. So dug out an old flatbed scanner and tried to find out if it could be modified to scan negatives, and came across a blog article about making a card reflector to scan with, which gave me an idea, could i use the flashlight app on my iphone as a backlight?

Well, the answer is yes, I had to turn the brightness down to 50% but i was quite pleased with the results.

What sort of resolution are you getting? I've got a canon scanner can't remember the model im in work, but it works on the same principles as the method used here, its Got a back light that plugs into the scanner. I don't like the results too much. But these look ok on my phone

It was a Canon Lide 30, only goes up to 1200dpi. The flash light app turns the phone screen white and you can adjust the brightness so I just put the neg on the scanner and the phone face down directly on top.
