Joined this forum, after deciding to get a bit more serious and being determined to actually USE my A100. :D

I've had it out and had a wee play, but having never had an SLR before, it's a bit daunting.

Anyway's, i hope to learn as much as i can from the forum and maybe even help others.......lol!:lol:
 
Hi,

Last year, I went on a weekend photographic course run by Philip Dunn at the Cally Palace Hotel and Golf Course. Within 2 hours on the first day of the course, I went from auto everything on my D200 to using manual settings.

If anyone opts to go on one of Philip's weekend courses, I would highly recommend the one at the Cally Palace Hotel which is out of this world.

I had a search on Google and i think that came up. Will definately need to get on a course at some point. :D

Lol at Reddeathdrinker. :D I'm still VERY much an amatuer, but here is one i took a few weekends ago...it's still in auto settings and i was using a Minolta 75-300.

Had a wee stab at a long exposure....first time and i thought it turned out not too bad.

Nice car too Chief, do you drive one? I like the lighting effect, makes it look like the car's spinning.
