Really need to change my v370
My option are, Plustek 8200
Epson v700 or v750 and ffordes as a used Minolta.
 
The first question surely is whether you want to scan solely 35mm. If you are at all interested in scanning 120, then you can rule the Plustek out straight away...
 
Fred, I think Chris has nailed it. If you use medium format or plan to then the choice is not the Plustek. The Epsons you mention will offer you some future proofing around multiple formats.

35mm only, don't think I will ever go to medium format, but if the quality and sharpness was very close then the flatbed will make sense as you can scan 24 in one go.
 
Plustek: limits you to 35mm, slower (you can't just leave it to scan 24 at a time), better quality than a flatbed, especially for 35mm

Epson: medium format capability, faster and you can leave it to scan, inferior quality to dedicated scanner like a Plustek.

Up to you which is more important :)
 
I would probably also consider the Reflecta Proscan 7200, their similar in price to slightly more than a Plustek but I went for one based on reviews which indicated it scanned much faster, had better Digital ICE and was overall a much better product. You can get them for about £260 from Germany, I know that Sectionate on here has one as well and ordered it from there, he seemed happy.
