Another one for mechanics!

Hi,
have a 2005 skoda octavia that recently lost one of its back brake pads (both back brake pads and discs replaced consequently). But now when I brake there's a fair judder- any ideas?

replaced with crap discs and pads, may have knackered caliper(s), may have been fitted incorrectly. Take it back, do it again.

EDIT:Is the judder coming through the steering wheel under braking? If so totally unrelated to the work you mentioned but same list applies, but to front brakes.
