Another of those background questions

Im looking at getting a background to help me with some shots of pets for when the weather is bad.I would need a black and a white.I would also prefer a support which i can adjust height and width if possible.Something that isnt to flimsy but isnt to bulky either as i would need to transport it around..I dont have a set budget but as im just starting then nothing to expensive. I have this one from Karlu:

White on one side and black on the other. Really portable because it folds away into a circle like a normal reflector (but bigger). You just support it with a normal heavy duty light stand.

What about replacement covers/trains, are they expensive and can they only be bought from Karlu?
