Hi all. First post ever on any forum so apologies in advance if I get this wrong. I am an amateur photographer doing this just for pleasure. Joined TP a few weeks backs to learn after buying my first proper DSLR camera last year following 3 years playing with a bridge. Only just got the nerve to write something.
Mainly interested in getting some quality pics of my family worthy of canvas (how I got my wife to agree to me spending the money) along with motorsport and aircraft. Have attended RIAT and Southport Airshow last year and was quite pleased with some of my shots till I saw the 'proper' ones on here. Still intend to post my favourites from Southport. Now need advice on how to coax the other half into letting me have an 'L' series zoom!
Hopefully I'll be able to offer something back and not just take.
