Hi
I started taking pictures when I was 12 and bought my first SLR a Zenith XP12. I learnt how exposure worked and the effect shutter speed and aperture have on film. A lot of years later I upgraded to the Canon 300 (before the days of DSLR) and had a lot of fun with it for many years.
I then moved on to the 300D shortly after it was released and have stuck with that until 2 months ago. I never worried about the technical aspects of photography and took what I liked and that was it.
I received the Canon 500d for Christmas and am now trying to get to grips with composition, exposure and PP work.
Some days I feeel like it makes sense, others I read someon description of what they did in Photoshop and I am left midly shocked by the complexity.
Here's to lots more learning.
