It seems Microsoft are changing to smaller annual operating system updates from now on. Windows blue will be an update to Windows 8 coming in around 6 months to iron out some issues with Windows 8 and add new bits in. From then on there will be annual updates from Microsoft.

Interesting times ahead :)

I think there will be less updates to the OS (I am hoping less), but we will see.

I think it will be more like OSX in the updates. Every year for £15 or so.

Not sure how that will work in the corporate world.
