I registered a few days ago and I thought that I'd better say Hello :wave: - after seeing the above message :clap: Besides that, I've ordered an Optech strap through Marcel, payment received I hope?

I use :canon: gear and you can see a list of my bag within my profile. I'm definitley hankering after a 5D Mk. II, but I'll wait until Jan/Feb 2009 before taking the plunge (I'm NOT rich and I run a 'Y' reg Mazda Premacy). My favourite subjects are wildlife and landscapes but I've not been able to get out much over the last year or so. Having said that, I'm off to Dumfries at the weekend and hope to spend some time at Caerlaverock Wetlands & Wildfowl centre - a lot of the birdies should have arrived by now.

Sorry, I'm not a Fifer (but they're OK). My current situation is that I live in Dundee (Don't ask, met a wonderful woman and stayed) and work in Aberdeen as a Project Manager; currently contracted to PD&MS.

By just lurking over the past few days, I can see that this is a very busy place but I'll try and keep up.

For those who know me from other photographic forums, I promise that I'll be more laid-back and will not be so grumpy whilst here - Honest! :)

Huh, any time I see inside that place on the BBC News, there's hardly anyone there. Same wi' the Scottish Cooncil Chambers tae.
 
Now then you grumpy ol' get ;):D. I'm too tight to be Scottish - and I've been on here for a while but not posted much. maybe that will change if I can't get back on AP.:D
