Im quite new to prints, I ordered a few fom DSCL about a month ago and was quite happy really. I haven't calibrated my monitor and use as far as I can tell Srgb in LR4. These were exported in srgb.

I have just installed the dscl colour space for their digital pearl paper as that is what I'm going to order. I exported a few examples in both dscl and srgb and noticed a slight difference (I did expect a difference but maybe not like this)

In the export it looks like blue (sky) and purple/pink(gelled flash) has been boosted, in another gelled green flash was boosted. When sent to dscl will these boosts show or will the result look like the srgb original? As I think I do prefer the export of the srgb.

Thanks

1. If you haven't calibrated your monitor, I don't think you can be sure that fine colour nuances are accurate.
2. I'm a little confused. Did you compare your first batch of prints with your on-screen results?

They should come out fine. Whenever I export with disclose profiles the whites are more of a yellowish color when viewing the .jpg on the screen

You are using their profile for their printer and paper, you need to get your monitor to emulate this profile so that what you get is what you see on screen.
