Since buying my 5D in January of this year, I always knew that I was also going to need a few new lenses to get the best out of it.

Whilst being happy with my new acquisitions, the last few being added this last week, together with a flash, I can't help feel that the budget for camera equipment this year is well and truly blown.

I just hope the Missus doesn't see this thread! ;)

lol. but if you can afford £130,000 give or take for a Gallardo.(which got stacked!!) . whats £7,000 or so on a body and white glass..........:lol:

I've never owned a Gallardo, nor will I ever own a Gallardo. I prefer my Lambos to have proper Lambo doors! ;)

Nifty Fifty makes a great Body Cap and isn't much bigger or heavier!

Lovely Lens / camera lineup too!! Very Jealous!

I'm sorry, I didn't realise that you had to have a point when starting a thread.

If I had to make one, I suppose that it's to say that I consider myself extremely lucky to have been able to finally buy a few lenses and a camera that I have lusted over for the past couple of years. Also to perhaps say that I have no excuse now, other than user error and a complete lack of talent, for posting up crap photos.

Jealousy and envy can be a suck a cruel mistress. I’m not green, just a very subtle shade of yellow LOL.
 
I was thinking about that lot, but decided it was a no-go because I couldn't afford a camera bag that was big enough to fit them all in! :D

That set-up is exactly what I want (although can't afford at present)!

What are the green ringed lens' on the far right hand side??? Never seen those before, ones a white elns the other is black
