Hi I've just bought a android tablet (superpad v6 ) only got it to back up photos and to play bout with now my problem is transferring photos from my laptop to the pad ie it's not picking it up any ideas on what the problem is (user manual is basically a piece of paper) .

Does the tab use a sd card or is it inbuilt?
 
If you go to settings - storage does it show that the sd card is mounted?
 
If it has built in when you connect to the PC check under devices if it is found as a new device.

You might have to install the drives for it if not found.
