That's a toy compared to this and there was an even bigger one about 80 years ago:- https://www.creativereview.co.uk/cr...d-trip-begins-for-worlds-largest-film-camera/

I'm not sure I've got a lens big enough to cover that bud ;0)

Saying that, I am printing this 6x9 Travelwide type camera to use the same lens/rollfilm back as my field camera. If you hold it really close to your face it should look as big as that camera!

GIven that you'd presumably print a 20x16 (that's feet, not inches :D) as a contact rather than scanning, you should be able to get away with inferior resolution - plastic meniscus lenses are fine on box cameras under those conditions. Therefore: is it possible to use a 3D printer and transparent "ink" to make a lens that would fit a slightly larger than normal camera?

I've never seen transparent filament (the spooled plastic that a 3D printer melts) and if there is any available I'd guess it would be pretty hazy once it had been melted and printed in layers. The best option would probably be an enlarger lens or an Aero Ektar from an aeroplane camera to get that kind of image circle.

Gives new meaning to the phrase 'Large Format' :)
