Yes
One of the main reasons I love film cameras is because there are so many out there and each of them is very different. digital cameras all tend to look very similar in design, but I can pick any two of my film cameras and they will all have unique knobs and switches and will be made of different materials like chrome or plastic.

I thought it would be fun to start a "guess the camera" type game, where someone posts a photo of part of a camera, and then other participants try to guess what it is, with the winner then posting a photo of their own.

Some rules:

  1. The photo must be taken by you, and be of a camera in your possession.
  2. The photo can be as obvious or obscure as you like, depending on how hard you want to make the game for everyone else.
  3. Must be a photo of a film camera or lens attached to the camera. No photos of weird bits of tripods or rare lightmeters etc.
  4. The photo can be taken on anything, but the photo should be good enough to show the detail clearly. No really blury phone pics!
  5. If after five days of posting a photo there is no winner, the round ends and it moves on to the next person. This will be whoever posts a photo first after the 5 days have passed.

Guess I'll go first, something pretty easy to start with :D

I'd have to guess at a Mamiya C220...

That pic is far too big Ken. Can you not make it a bit smaller?
:)

Sixty, I think we are supposed to get Ken's pic before we move on to your OM1. :)

Ken, is it a pc socket cover? No idea what camera though.

Not a PC socket cover.
Here's another part of the camera:

which pretty much gives it away :)

Zorki 4K

Edit- The most ridiculously uncomfortable looking shutter button or the film counter dial :0)

Back to part of Rumsfeld quote :- These are things we know that we know....and there are things we don't know we don't know.

I do not know if we have to guess the exact model or if with the brand is enough, maybe Carl Hall could tell us, but yes, it is an Agfa:

Uhm well I guess it's up to you how specific you want to be really! I would say a specific model would normally be needed, unless all the models look the same? Otherwise you'll just be guessing very similar things over and over until it's right :)

OK then, here another easy one, but this time I would like to see the brand and model :)
