Interesting deal. I've currently got a copy of CS3, you think it's worth moving to Elements?
 
The latest version of Elements includes Elements 11 Organiser which is an OK thumbnail / library app. I used iView Media for yours but it's dead & gone now and I am trying Organiser instead

Biggest difference between Elements and CS3 is that Elements does not support CMYK. If you don't know what CMYK is then you don't need it. Also CS3 has a better batch-processing system than Elements which still has a very average setup
