A while back Amazon software was selling everything for a penny.
It's what we computer scientists call a 'glitch'.

It distracts you from the high price instead of £148.43 for the 'old' version.

Lol very good. Bit of a quality assurance failure there although there are some on here who would say you should make it your life mission to report them and get it rectified.

Yep I think you would and then compare and complain about the other one completely ignoring the fact the two models are not directly comparable

I have the newer model (well, the 55-200) then bought the 50-230 since it's considerably lighter. Far prefer the 55-200 despite the extra reach and lightness!
