I'm a regular user of Amazon so with the run up to Xmas signed up for the "Prime" service which gives next day delivery for a one off annual fee. I signed up at the beginning of Nov so have recently paid my fee. Being the wally I am I barely ordered anything during the free period :bonk:
With all the bad weather Royal Mail have suspended guaranteed next day delivery using RMSD. Its been very widely publicised (the fact that they've suspended it UK wide and yet the snow hasn't effected much of the country is another story!).
So how has Amazon sent 3 of my 4 orders using Prime, in the last 5 days? Yep you guessed it...........RMSD.
Have any of them arrived.........NOPE!
and as for the 4th order, for less than £10 on Friday? City Link Saturday service........
.......go figure!
Not a complaint just a heads up for those thinking of using the service.
