Amazon Photos Mac desktop app update

I tried to update this app today without success. I logged into my Amazon account, selected Amazon Photos and selected the get apps option. Downloaded the updater and installed but the app version no did not change. Perhaps I already have the latest version, however a Google search suggests mine is not up to date.

The reason I tried to update is that Raw files from a Canon R5ii did not show properly.

Amazon customer services (automated version) and Help did not provide the answer.

How should I update and does anyone know the latest version no?

I have version 11.1.3.7 but searching online it says latest is 11.11.3 but there doesn’t seem anyway to update mine.

Just been on Amazon and tried download and it is now 11.1.4.1

I was also on 11.1.3.7. Now updated to 11.1.4.1 through my Amazon account. It still cannot properly process files from a Canon R5ii. Not a big issue as I only loaned the camera. I cannot find the download for 11.11.3. I think this may be a version only applicable to iPhone/iPad.

Yes the 11.11.3 is the iPhone/ipad version.
