Amazon Packaging

As you can imagine at this time of year we get a high volume of Amazon stuff to deliver, why don't they seal their smaller cartons.
Last week a customer showed me a boook I had delivered that was in the original packaging but no invoice and the cover was damaged.
The replacement came through ok, but again the ends weren't sealed and it could have fallen out.
We often have to try and tie things back in with each other, empty packets and things floating around that hopefully belong, but today came
a totally empty carton and nothing to put it in, and of course we will get the blame

No problems here. All of my shopping this year has come from them.

I commented to my moneyboss about this a couple of weeks ago. We've had 3 of those cardboard envelopes delivered with books/DVD's/books recently, that aren't actually sealed. Luckily nothing has, err `fallen out` but for the sake of a bit of tape & a few seconds to secure them I think it's crackers. (no Christmas pun intended)

No problems here. All of my shopping this year has come from them.

nor me (touch wood still have a few things to get).. I like their frustration free approach to packaging.

I love Amazon, their Prime service, prices, customer service; its all top notch.

We often get the zip folder type bulging that have to be sellotaped down or small items in massively oversized boxes.

Leave packaging feedback as requested, but makes b****r all difference

Not had any packaging problems myself.The only thing is it looks like I run a cardboard box factory outside my house due to the sizes of boxes they use for tiny items

Got myself a Lenser torch the other day and it came in a box the size of two big family packs of cereal. No wonder postage was a tw*t.

Never had a problem with amazon packaging other than the occasional monster box for something in reality quite small and I must receive 100 plus orders a year from them

Dabs were the best ones for huuugggggge boxes for not a lot.

The books in the slightly open ended boxes are meant to be wrapped with plastic wrap. I'm assuming that is getting torn or there are a few amazon packers that forget to use it. Most of my stuff is well packaged. Market place sellers aren't always so attentive though.
