Amazon feedback

I bought a printer at a great price from Amazon four months ago. Last week it gave up the ghost. (I know, I know..... b....y printers....) but Amazon are sending me a new replacement by 24 hour delivery which should arrive tomorrow.

I'd call that fantastic service.

Plus it will have 6 new ink cartridges in it when the old ones were almost out......

I echo your sentiments.

I've rarely had problems with Amazon but when I have had they have been absolutely superb in resolving issues. Their response times to queries are stunning and have always replaced goods speedily.
