Would just like to pass on some good feedback from both companies
I ordered some software (Lightroom last friday night) had an email on Monday from Amazon saying it had been dispatched and would be with me in 1-3 days
Wednesday arrives and so does the software
great service
now onto Adobe, with the software being teacher/students I was allowed to purchase because of where I work, I had to prove I was who I said I was so send adobe proof of this via id badge and payslip late Wednesday night(minus the numbers of course) and said I would be contacted within 1-3 days
Last night I had an email confirming my license and passing on the serial number
Now I've not had chance to install and register the software yet, that will be done this afternoon
But service from both has been fast, within the time specified and first class
thumbs up from me
