Amazon Account - Hidden Orders

There is an option to 'Hide Order' in my Amazon account. I've hidden quite a few. Could someone tell me how to see a list of orders I've hidden? It's been driving me nuts for days. If I search orders for an item it will show even if hidden. However if you can't remember what you have ordered in the past this isn't of much use. And I'm at the age where I'm tending to forget more than I can remember!

Just wondered why you hid them in the first place? I didn't even know you could do this.

I assume you hid orders you thought you might never order again but kept frequent orders so easier to reorder?

Correct. But I've obviously hidden some that I would have preferred not to. Not the end of the world, but there is obviously a way of viewing them should you want to. I emailed Amazon but received a reply which ignored the word 'hidden'!

Hiding orders is handy if someone is buying something as a surprise present too I suppose

Or if you're buying something you don't really want a particular person - often referred to as a wife or partner - to know about for some reason Not that I've ever had personal experience of such a hypothetical situation...

so potential gift receivers do not see them, you can also hide your search history on Amazon, me and the wife share the same account and I cannot surprise her with anything unless I have stuff hidden.

Go to Amazon and click on Hello xxxx Your account - top right of page.

On drop down choose 'your account'

Top box - Orders - 3rd option down in middle of box "View Hidden Orders"

Yes that's the page, but on mine - under View Kindle orders & Charges I have the option for View Hidden Orders ???.

Try logging out, clearing your history etc and logging back in again - if it's still not showing, could be worth contact Amazon.

Thanks very much for your help. I've managed to sort it on my Chromebook but not on my PC (running Firefox), but it doesn't matter as I've 'unhidden' everything now through the Chromebook
