I've decided I can't avoid paying for a brand new 17-55 f2.8 (canon this is) Waiting for a second hand one will take years at this rate, and despite my attempts at convincing myself to go for something L (24-105) or something cheaper (15-85, 10-22(no idea either!)) The 17-55 f2.8 is too perfect to ignore any longer.
I've had a look around, and it's £777 on Amazon, but £689 on Simply Electronics. I've seen what a poor reputation they seem to have, and I'm guessing it's well founded. Is it truly not worth the risk to buy from there? And I'm guessing it would come minus a warranty too?
Any other suggestions for the best price for it?
Thank you all as always,
