Awesome shot Allan, very well exposed/composed, perfect for the theme.
 
Good set Allan, its a lovely walk along the Chester walls and quite handy for some of the pubs
 
Finally, an interesting door :)
Though, with my perchant for showhorns, the cat in the window would have been my choice if I were posting :)
It kind of looks like it's a painting of a cat. Is it?

Its not even a window, well it was along time ago its a painted board covering a window
The cats obviously real though :popcorn:
 
Great shots Allan, I rather like the painted cat shot, but I think that you chose the right one for the theme.
 
I Like Chester, so many great shots to be had at every turn, I like the whimsy of the cat image.

I should have zoomed in ;)
The shading on the window frame is really effective.
On my small screen I wondered if the lines across the cat were dirt or brush strokes, but obviously it was wood grain.
 
They're all pretty good, but i really like the window with the cat.
 
I like the way the depth of field pulls the eye through the shot.
 
Awwwww poor bear :( Nicely shot.
