It's definitely a street ! Personally I'd have taken the firefighters on the city walls.
 
LOL, that is certainly a street photo! I do like seeing the architecture, so different from what I see around here.
 
Nice shot of Chester, great old buildings. Few months ago we saw some school kids having a reenactment at the amphitheatre there

That's a regular occurrence, they also march them down the street dressed as roman soldiers shouting latin phrases,
its quite strange the first time you see it.

It's a bridge over the road part of the city walls known as Eastgate it has a clock on it which is quite well photographed.

It’s about 10 shots each of a different view of a rotated flower vase, then put into photoshop as different layers with them then blended together. Look up Pep Ventosa technique for a better explanation
 
That’s an interesting technique & the light from the side works well
