looking at the aio computer by samsung model..........series 7 DP700A3d-A05

are they any good? and how does it rate against what i currently have

my processor is an amd 64x2 dual core 6000 +3mhz, 4gb ram is it a big difference or a waste of £750?

any help/info greatly appreciated

for the money its rubbish, poor spec, poor screen.

IMHO the Dell XPS 2710 is the very best all in one Windows machine on the market, keep an eye on Dell Outlet and top of the range i7 3.4Ghz 2 Tb + SSD often comes up for less than that Samsung you linked to

All models also have a stunning 27 inch 2560x1440 IPS screen

the CPU is better going by the CPU Passmark site

amd 1576 821
i3 4236 261

http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php

are things you run and use - CPU bound - have a look at tasl manager and see if the cpu is runnign 100% frequently

you dont give any other specs for the existing PC

if every thing else is the same , i would not spend that - i would look at a i5 or i7 and 6 / 8 GB of memory
also the graphics card - if you play games ????

thanks guys been a great help this info along with very similar from others and very useful links:D
