Haven't had the camera out in ages but a few pics at a family gathering and digging out a pic for a mate have reminded me just how luscious the colours are. Yes it's slower than a week in jail but my god its worth it.

Newest body isn't always the best way. Probably preaching to the choir.

That's all.

Just got hold of one today, not had a chance to use it in anger yet.

Yep i'll second that... When I upgrade I will still keep one for fun!

I have the S3&S5 there fantastic cameras...amazing film like reproduction and low noise levels

I bought mine literally JUST for its video mode. It's the ONLY digital camera that records sound in stereo. Once you taste stereo, mono just doesn't cut it. I honestly can't figure out why Stereo sound hasn't become standard fare in digital cameras today. It's just beyond me.

Other than that, I've sniped with the S5's great zoom a few times to get some delicious (but slow) shots. Colors were outstanding.

I think you're talking about the Canon S3/S5.....We're talking about Fujis!;)

I have the Fuji S9500, and I agree, Fujis have excellent colour, and its noise levels are soooo low!

Ok fair enough....though the S9500 is definitely the best noise/quality etc than any other bridge I've used, though I can't wait to try the HS10. ;)
