Alan Dorset 52 for 2025 Week 52 New

Liking the vibrant yellow nose :)

Nice car and car shot. Contrast between the car and rest of the shot works really well

Very nice take! I do prefer your car shot, but the bee one is good too.

Great contrasting colours and the way the car is positioned.

Love the bumblebee yellow of the car. Good composition it looks like it's sneaking out of the driveway.

I really like the car shot. Partly because I just like cars, but I just think the fact it's peeking out really makes the shot.

Car for me, it really stands out.
Thanks all. Unusually the picture that I set out to get is the final pick. Have used a similar shot of this car (different seasons & flowers) a couple of times before in different circumstances, somewhat envious of the long-term owner

Body Part

From the land of the Cerne Abbas Giant (with a legendary body part) the Cerne Abbas Brewery provides a Legless Jester (lack of body part) which has made quite a head (of beer). Boom, three body parts !!!

Snigger!

Nice one :)

It's a nice shot but doesn't really tick the theme for me.

Yes - It was a bit of a shoehorn but then I liked the picture and my panning skills are benefitting from some practice

Hmmmm... nice pic of them :)

To me a pet is an animal that is part of the family and lives in the home at least most of the time.

I think they count as domesticated animals I’m sure they are loved by their owners.

Great pet shot, so well dressed! You could have used the donkeys for the theme as well...

The kids probably refer to them as their pets and why not, all very smart

Movement 1
by Alan Webb, on Flickr

I enjoyed this topic, found six different subjects that could have been published on my outing this morning, this one is a bit different so got the nod

And then when I'd finished, I went to see the Red Arrows do their traditional "return to base" display over Bournemouth Airport before they landed. Aircraft aren't normally a subject for me, but for they first time I planned to be in the right place at the right time with the right camera kit with the right subject matter. Too late to get picked for this week but I was quite pleased with the results, here just for pleasure

I like your running movement shot a lot, but that first red arrows pic is amazing! All very nicely captured

That's so beautiful
