I like it, horizon slightly off though could do with a slight straighten maybe
Damn, now I can see it too….Nice clean shot Alan, but echo Allan's note about the horizon

I considered that but decided that keeping the rock and grass gave it context, being a shot from a clifftop, ant just a picture of a bird flying. It’s all in “the eye of the beholder”Definitely an animal. I like the simplicity of the shot. Very calming. I might have been tempted to crop to above the grass to make it more minimalistic but that's just me being me...![]()

Thanks Dave, I’d only taken the OM5 with a 20mm lens to put in the pocket so got nervous about cropping even more than I already had. I should have more confidence! I was pleased with the panning though.Looks great! I'd go further and crop the top so it's just grass, road and car in letterbox format!

Alexander Van Der Lof in his Ferrari 250 GT SWB, so yes. Good value!Beautiful car (250 GT SWB*?) - and well captured.
*If it is, they're around the £5,800,000 mark.
The panning failures were many, the successes very few. Short lens helped me to match camera movement to car speedReally great panning shot. I just can't seem to get ones that turn out that good.

Yes indeed, the lighting and background on yours is really effective. Night time I assume? We seem to have had similar idea. It’s obviously a good one.![]()
