Hi, I'm new around here!
Well, actually I joined about two years ago but only read... I'm back now to take part
Hobbyist photographer from Falkirk in Central Scotland, my main interests in the hobby are for photo-a-day and stage photography.
The photo-a-day part started back in August 2010; I stopped it for about six months in 2012 but got back into it - it's at http://project365.thepotters.org
Stage Photography - well, in my spare time I love taking part in amateur musical shows. And I love photography. So I have merged the two, with a little hobby business taking photographs of amateur musical shows and providing photographs of the shows to the participants. http://www.stagepics.co.uk for that (note that this site hasn't been updated for a while because I now sell mainly directly to the clubs rather than via the web site).
Equipment? A Canon 5D Mk II, 24-105mm f4 L and 70-200mm f4 L. Except the 24-105mm is now showing the dreaded "Error 1" and I am trying to decide whether it's worth paying £150 to repair a seven year old lens, or would I be better buying a new one. Possibly with a 6D attached...
