As a RAW shooter the idea of not sharpening images makes me wonder how I could ever get an image accepted. I take it they mean all sharpening and not just unsharp mask? I'd love to submit some images but fear rejection.:( (I don't take rejection well.)

I have several hundred images on Alamy, all unsharpened.
I very rarely sharpen though.

When I import a raw file to Lightroom I apply the standard import sharpening. Then I normally sharpen as needed when I export files, eg for screen or print. For Alamy I just don't tick the sharpen box in Lightroom, I've never had images rejected for being sharpened.

So a little sharpening might be acceptable as long as I don't over do it? :)

All my 60 images on Alamy have been sharpened slightly. Just be sensible. The buyer can add more, you cant take it away
