Affordable Studio Lighting

I'm pretty sure I saw a thread head about some well priced studio kits, umbrella and a soft box for less than £300 with lamps and stands....? Their top kit was about £450. Only other thing I can remember is the website who sells them is the sole UK distributor. I cant for the life of me remember the name...
Any ideas?
