Affordable A4 presentation box options?

My only experience up 'till now was buying an A3 box from Silverprint, that set me back around £50. I now need a few A4 boxes at a far more affordable price. They don't need to be very deep as all I need them for is around 5 prints and a few business cards. I've had a good google but although overseas prices are cheaper, with shipping it's still going to be pricey.

I was thinking that a cheaper option might be to find a company who would make these up to my spec (possibly a bookbinding company). I'm not really sure where to start looking so I thought I'd see if anyone here had found an affordable alternative to Silverprint and the like, either "off the shelf" or made to spec.

The bag and box man do made to measure boxes but not a budget item unless you want a lot of the same.

item OD144. A4 is 297 x 210mm and they are 302 x 216mm so should do nicely. less than £1 each aswell
