I have a Canon 50D and, whilst I have used AEB before, I've never really thought about it.
If I want a narrow depth of field I could use my 50 1.4 lens. If I set the camera to manual, set my aperture to f2 and note the correct shutter speed for the situation.
If that speed is, say 1/100, I set the camera to TV mode and set the time to 1/100 and an AEB value of +/- 2/3 stop.
Will the camera vary the aperture size, thus varying the depth of field, or does it possibly vary the ISO value, thus not vary the depth of field?
Thanks for any help
Pete
