Hi all,

I started doing a basic DSLR photography course at college 4 weeks ago

My new assignment is using TV/AV whichever takes my fancy and using AEB (Bracketing)

I have to make sure that my subject has a high contrast of light and dark
and use AEB (or Auto) to see how it affects the image.

Gear i have is:
Canon EOS 400D
Sigma 70-300mm 70-300 f4-5.6 APO
Nifty Fifty
Manfrotto 190XPROB / 804RC2

I've been pottering about with the gf's black table cloth and some fake twigs and odd flower type things and a lamp! And its not wowing me at all :(

Any inspiration would be good!

If anyone can help with ideas would be greatful! about to go to the shops to get props .. but still have no idea!

You do not mention what lighting you have, or can access. Have a look at Garry Edwards videos on the Lencarta site. He has all the answers you may need about lighting.
