OK so I am up working in Scotland (again) I was staying for 3 months in a Spareroom place (lodgers agreement) and then the house owner gave me notice to leave as her sister and child were coming to live there.I duly left, cleaned the room etc, The owner was away the weekend so I wasn't able to have a final conversation with her on my exit, shoved key through door and jogged off.

anyhoo zoom forward nearly two weeks and she is ignoring my requests for my £50 security deposit and £133 rent as I moved out early.

Now I know the £133 quid is probably gone as I chose to go early rather than wait till the full 28 days notice, but I am asking her for it anyhow, but I do want my £50 back.

any thoughts?

I have tried to email her and wotsapp her but she just doesn't want to deal with it.

I am thinking a strongly worded letter to her house?
 
I'd guess you booked the room through a website or at least recommend by a site, I'd be letting her know that I'd be complaining to the site and leaving a very bad review if the money owed is not forthcoming firstly.

I'm guessing Scotland is similar to England for small claims in that the court fees can also be recovered in addition to the debt
It would seem equitable
 
You'll win and she will bear the costs. I think the first step is that the court writes to her asking her to stump up of give a reason why not so it's probably not going to go past that point. Claim for the whole amount, unless there's a clause in your agreement that says you're not entitled to it, it's perfectly reasonable to ask for it back.
